REFUND POLICY

Rotary 3271 is a nonprofit organization that relies upon membership dues for funding its mission to create lasting change in communities around the world. To ensure that our programs and initiatives are supported effectively, we have a policy in place.

We have the following refund policy:

Cancellation of Membership

The request must include the name of the member, their Rotary club, and the reason for cancellation.

Refund of membership dues Member who cancels after the expiration of their current membership year will not be eligible for a refund.

Termination of membership

Rotary International reserves all rights to terminate a member’s membership at any time. The member will not receive a refund for their membership dues if they are terminated.

Non-payment

A member may lose their membership if they fail to pay their dues on a timely basis. A member who fails to pay dues will lose eligibility for a refund.

Member may request a waiver of dues for special circumstances. The Rotary 3271 office must receive written requests for waivers. They will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The member will not be entitled to a refund if a waiver is granted.

Membership status changes:

A member who changes his or her membership status (e.g., from corporate to individual) will not be eligible for a reimbursement of their membership fees.

Appeal process:

Members who believe they are entitled to a refund on their membership dues can appeal the decision to Rotary 3271 by writing to the office. The request must include details about the member, including their name and Rotary club. The Rotary 3271 Membership committee will review the appeal, and a decision will usually be made within 30 working days.

It is important to remember that Rotary 3271 relies on membership dues for funding. We take our refund policy very seriously. We recognize that situations may arise which may require the cancellation of membership. As such, we aim to be fair in our refund policy. We also want to ensure that membership dues are effectively and efficiently used to support our mission and make an impact in the world. We trust that members will be able to understand and comply with our refund policy. We also appreciate their continued support of Rotary 3271.
